Processing and Delivery Time
After you place an order through our website, it enters the processing stage. Order processing usually takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the workload and product availability. Orders created on Fridays after business hours, as well as during weekends or holidays, are processed on the first following working day. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier service, the expected delivery time is 2 to 7 working days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the delivery location and the operational dynamics of the courier service.
Delivery Area
We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Serbia in cooperation with the reliable courier service Post Express. All shipments are sent through our contractual partners, in accordance with their standards and transport rules. Deliveries are made on working days, most often from Monday to Friday.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the shipment, according to the current courier service price list:
- For shipments up to 2 kg – 297.00 RSD
- For shipments over 2 kg up to 5 kg – 410.00 RSD
- For shipments over 5 kg up to 10 kg – 530.00 RSD
- For shipments over 10 kg up to 20 kg – 690.00 RSD
The stated prices apply to "today for tomorrow" delivery and may depend on the courier service's terms. The shipping price includes the costs of packaging, processing, and transportation of the shipment. In certain situations, such as promotional campaigns or high-value orders, delivery may be free of charge. Information regarding potential free delivery will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Shipment Collection Method
Courier services deliver to the address specified by the buyer when ordering, usually between 8 AM and 6 PM. We recommend ensuring the presence of a person who can receive the shipment during this period. Upon receipt, the buyer has the right to inspect the package. If there is visible damage to the packaging that may indicate product damage, it is recommended not to accept the shipment and to inform our team immediately.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier does not find the recipient at the address, a redelivery will be attempted. Additionally, the courier may contact the buyer by phone to arrange the pickup. If the shipment is not delivered even after repeated delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender.
Buyer's Responsibility
The buyer is obliged to enter accurate and complete delivery data when ordering. Otherwise, delays or unsuccessful deliveries may occur, for which the merchant bears no responsibility.
Consent to Delivery Terms
By confirming the order on the website, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with the delivery terms and accept them.
