These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the online store, the purchasing process, as well as the rights and obligations between the merchant and the buyer. The aim of these terms is to provide the buyer with clear, accurate, and complete information before concluding a purchase, and to ensure a secure and transparent online shopping experience. The buyer is advised to carefully read these Terms before placing an order, as by confirming the purchase, they confirm that they are familiar with their content and accept them in full. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, specifically the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Obligations.

3. Key Terms

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Buyer: any natural or legal person who orders products through the website.

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded via the internet, without the physical presence of the parties.

4. Purchase Method

Purchases are made electronically. The buyer selects products, adds them to the cart, and goes through the ordering process. Before the final confirmation, the buyer has access to all important information – product description, price, delivery costs, and payment method. After confirming the order, the buyer receives an email notification with purchase details, upon which the contract is considered concluded. The merchant reserves the right to refuse an order in case of technical errors, inaccurate data, or suspicion of misuse.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices on the site are expressed in Serbian Dinars (RSD) and include taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is possible through the following methods:

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment.

6. Product Delivery

Delivery is carried out via a courier service to the address provided by the buyer during the ordering process. The delivery time is usually up to 5 working days, except in cases of increased order volume or force majeure. The buyer is obliged to check the package upon receipt and report any damage immediately to the courier. Delivery costs will be clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.

7. Complaints and Conformity

The merchant undertakes to deliver a product that is in accordance with the description, quality, and intended purpose. In the event that a product does not correspond to the contract or has defects, the buyer has the right to file a complaint. The buyer may request: product repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.

8. Right to Withdraw from Purchase

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of the return unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

  • which have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • which have a short shelf life.

9. Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer is obliged to enter accurate data when ordering. In case of inaccurate or incomplete data, the merchant bears no responsibility for any delivery issues.

10. Personal Data Protection

11. Changes to Terms

The merchant reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on the site and will be valid from the moment of publication.

13. Final Provisions
